Services
Medical Massage - Uses deep tissue techniques and stretching to address a specific injury or area of chronic stress. Designed to help speed recovery from injury and relieve pain by breaking up adhesions, increasing range of motion and restoring muscular balance. This type of massage is not full-body but rather a targeted massage designed to help with specific muscular issues.
Therapeutic Massage - Usually done as a full-body massage. Incorporates relaxation techniques with deeper, more targeted therapeutic massage on areas of chronic stress to break-up adhesion, increase range of motion and restore muscular balance.
Relaxation Massage - Full-body massage designed to increase blood flow, remove built-up toxins from the muscles, and promote full-body relaxation.
Couples Massage - We come to you with two tables, so you and your "other" can have a great massage together. Perfect for holidays, special occasions, vacation and just about any other time.
Cupping - Cupping uses negative pressure to help break-up connective tissue, allowing greater range of motion and a feeling of moving freely within your body. We use cupping as a therapeutic technique on specific areas of the body to further enhance our bodywork. Ask us if cupping would be beneficial to you.
Gift Certificates - Great for every occasion! Just let us know how to get it to you. Click here to contact us about a Gift Certificate.

"In trying to recover from a back sprain last year, and after seeing various health care givers without success, I became acquainted with Joann through tennis. During my first massage with her, she put her finger on the exact spot that was giving me trouble. She explained exactly what happens when a muscle is torn, how continuous massage keeps the tissue from scarring over, and how it helps the muscle to stay elastic and pliable. I left her feeling not only physically better, but also more informed. Joann is extremely capable and knowledgeable, and I have her to thank for getting me back on the court." Jule S.
